   Functional anarchy is two or more people getting together to participate in victimless “crimes” (smoking pot, shooting “illegal” weapons, doing car repairs at home, building an addition on your house without a permit, etc.).

   My guess is “no.”

   He did say at his UNM rally last August that he’s unfit to be president. He also contended (correctly, in my opinion) that everyone else is also unfit to be president.
