1. Re: Does the 2nd Amendment give one the Right to Bare Heads? –

   I am getting pretty forgetful in my old age so I probably am not up to date on the 2nd amendment of the constitution. I know it says one has the right to bear arms, does it include bare heads?

   Truly an irrelevant question. In military matters, the Founders wanted the private citizenry to have parity with (if not supremacy over) the federal government.

   The same goes for the states, as quite a few state constitutions have similar (or stronger) provisions.

   How would one justify repealing this law? What sensible arguments can one give?

   Either you support the concepts of individual liberty and responsibility, or you don’t.

   What is coming next? No seat belts in cars?

   Who forces you to not wear a seat belt? Did someone break into your car and remove all of the seat belts?

   Good point, Ish! The “F” rating they’re quoting here is probably from the Brady Campaign, which translates to an “A” rating for me.
