So who is tracking knife violence, blunt-object violence and bare-handed violence?

For that matter, why aren’t stabbings referred to as “knife violence” ?

Could it be that the very phrase “gun violence” is designed to create the impression in peoples’ minds that guns are somehow responsible for the ways they’re misused by people intent on harming others?

How is a firearm more responsible for a murder when someone is shot than a knife when someone is stabbed?

I have control over my guns. No one gets to touch them without my permission. I have ZERO desire to control other peoples’ guns.

I do want more controls over how the people in government use theirs, especially against us civilians.

What are the stats on knife-deaths, blunt-object-deaths and bare-handed-deaths? Anyone?

America isn’t really debating “gun control” (really victim disarmament). It’s one side attempting to dictate to the other that the other must surrender liberty and property upon demand, so that the dictators can have their warm fuzzy moment that they “got something done.”

What do borders, open, closed, porous, whatever, have to do with the right to own and carry weapons?
