Just took a phone call a few minutes ago from the NM Rep from OAI — while Gary Johnson can’t be at the LPNM State Convention on Saturday, 16 April, he wants to talk to us at the Frontier on the 14th.

Per U.S. v. Miller, the only weapons protected by the Second are “militia weapons” that have “military utility” such as the M9, M11, M-16, M-4, M-203, M-240 and M-249, the AK-47, Steyr AUG, H&K MP-5, G-3, HK-33, etc., etc. — the weapons that are in actual military usage. Maybe the troops who have been using these weapons for years might have some idea as to what is and isn’t useful?

What’s pathetic is that the hoplophobes and victim disarmers complain about “weapons of war on the streets.” Don’t they read the case law that they claim supports their case?

When you come down to it, just about any firearm has (or had) military utility of some sort.

The GOP will continue going “left” as long as Americans continue to vote for GOP candidates, regardless of how similar those GOP candidates’ behavior and advocated policies are to those of the Democrats’ that they “oppose,” just because those GOP candidates have the Magic Big R after their names.

I suspect that this will continue until (and quite possibly after) this becomes a common sight on American streets:

If I were to get anything inscribed on a firearm, that firearm would most likely be put in a glass case and mounted on the wall as a display.
