I got similar results — Rand Paul at 89%, followed by Ben Carson at 64%, Ted Cruz at 58%, etc. I’ll post a screenshot on my profile and page shortly.

I kind of suspected that Paul would be either on top or close to the top for me. What I’m surprised at is how far down Ted Cruz is on that list.

I encountered Judge Nakamura, along with then-Judge Kevin Fitzwater, back in 1998 at a meet and greet hosted by one Alan Wilson, who was running for the 1st Congressional District spot against Heather Wilson (no known relation).

I asked both Nakamura and Fitzwater what they thought of the concept of jury nullification, and had to explain it to both of them. Fitzwater thought it was where a judge overrode a jury verdict, and both of them seemed repelled by the concept.
